Shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland

Goods Package and Services Regulation (GPSR) is a new set of rules introduced in the European Union to simplify the shipping of goods, improve consumer protections, and ensure fairer practices for businesses selling across EU borders and Northern Irish borders.

Here's a brief explanation

GPSR (Goods Package and Services Regulation) is a new EU law designed to make shopping from small businesses easier and more transparent when sending items to or from the European Union. It addresses things like clearer delivery terms, better tracking for international shipments, and improved rights for consumers when items are delayed, damaged, or lost. For online shoppers, it ensures that any taxes or fees for shipping are clear upfront, so there are no unexpected costs.

It is designed to  streamline cross-border sales and give our customers in the EU a better, more predictable shopping experience - which is what we all want!

We now have a EU Authorised Representative so we are able to send our products to the EU and Northern Ireland once more.

Unfortunately, due to complications in the regulations, our lamps are not covered under these rules and so we are not currently able to send these.

Our representative is GLS, Schagerweg 63 , 1751 CA Schagerbrug, Netherlands. solutions@greuter.nl
