African Carved Wooden Sculpture I

These decorative wooden posts were originally used as a structural support in nomadic tent construction. 

The columns are carved from a single piece of hardwood, standing on an iron display stand. They would make a striking sculptural floor or pedestal piece for a collector of African tribal art.
