Framed Hand-Painted Reverse Glass Dogs & Birds Paintings

This collection of hand-painted reverse glass paintings brings together dogs and birds.

Each is painted by hand on the back of the glass, so the colours sit glossy and jewel-bright behind the surface, in the manner of old natural history illustrations. Set in their own aged wooden frames.

The paintings

• White Dog: a pale hound with a red studded collar. Distressed black frame.
• Spotted Dog: a dalmatian-style dog on a grassy hill among small flowers. Distressed gilt frame.
• Puffin: a puffin with a striped beak, standing on a green rock above the sea. Carved wooden frame with pink and silver detailing.
• Parrot: a green parrot with a yellow face and blue cheek, perched on a red stand. Warm, aged wooden frame.
• Red Crested Bird: a bold crimson bird with a grey neck and a spiky white crest, standing on a golden mound. Carved wooden frame with a scrolling leaf pattern.

Please Note:

Frames are hand-decorated and aged, so slight variations, small marks and wear are part of the charm
