Handmade Pale Pink & Navy Vintage Silk Kimono Pleated Lampshade (30cm)

These pink and blue sloped drum lampshades are handmade from a vintage silk kimono and are a beautiful example of how traditional textiles can be given a new life. The delicate floral print is complemented by soft pleating and a decorative edging, adding depth and detail while allowing the silk to catch the light gently. Fresh and decorative, they work just as well displayed as a pair as they do used individually.

Made from vintage silk kimono fabric, each lampshade is entirely unique. Only two are available and, as with all pieces made from vintage textiles, they cannot be repeated. This makes them truly one-of-a-kind silk kimono lampshades, each with its own subtle variations in pattern and colour.

The soft pinks and blues sit comfortably in both classic and contemporary schemes, bringing a sense of lightness and refinement without overpowering a room.
